SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees.


PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME

Order Processing

Fulfillment Time: 1-2 business days

Once your order is placed, our team will process and prepare your package for shipment. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours, though it may take up to 2 business days during high-volume periods.

What This Means:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • During promotional periods or holidays, processing may take up to 2 business days

You'll receive an email confirmation when:

  1. Your order is received
  2. Your order is packed and ready to ship
  3. Your order has been handed to the carrier (with tracking number)

Standard Shipping (FREE)

Delivery Time: 4-7 business days after your order ships

Total Time from Order to Delivery: 5-9 business days

  • Transit: 4-7 business days

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

We select the most reliable carrier based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

United States

We currently ship to all 50 states, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

We Do NOT Ship To:

  • P.O. Boxes (residential addresses only)
  • International addresses outside the US (coming soon)

ORDER TRACKING

How to Track Your Order

Tracking Number Provided: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Track Your Order:

  • Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Account: Log into your account at stripzz.shop/account
  • Carrier Website: Enter your tracking number on USPS.com.

Tracking Updates:

  • Tracking information may take 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system
  • Your tracking status will update as your package moves through the delivery network
  • You'll receive notifications at key milestones (shipped, out for delivery, delivered)

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

What to Expect

Estimated Delivery Date: Your estimated delivery date will be shown in your tracking information. This is calculated based on:

  • Your order date
  • Processing time (1-2 days)
  • Your shipping address
  • Current carrier transit times

Signature Required? No signature is required for delivery. The carrier will leave your package at your door or in a secure location.

Safe Place Delivery: If you have delivery instructions (e.g., "leave at side door," "deliver to building office"), you can add these in the "Delivery Instructions" field at checkout.


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Automatic Recurring Shipments

If you're subscribed to our Subscribe & Save program:

Shipping Frequency:

  • Shipments are sent automatically based on your selected frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days)
  • You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each shipment
  • All subscription orders include free standard shipping

Delivery Schedule:

  • Same processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Same shipping time: 4-7 business days
  • Tracking provided for every shipment

Managing Subscription Shipments:

  • Skip a shipment: Log into your account at least 48 hours before your next billing date
  • Change frequency: Adjust delivery schedule in your account settings
  • Update address: Change shipping address anytime in your account

SHIPPING DELAYS

Potential Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control:

Common Causes of Delays:

  • Weather conditions (storms, snow, hurricanes)
  • Carrier delays or backlogs
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Local delivery issues
  • Customs delays (for US territories)
  • High-volume shopping periods (holidays, major sales)

What We Do:

  • Monitor all orders for unusual delays
  • Proactively reach out if we see an issue
  • Work with carriers to resolve problems quickly
  • Provide updates via email

What You Can Do:

  • Track your package regularly
  • Contact us at support@stripzz.shop if your order is significantly delayed
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering

Delayed by 10+ Days? If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately and we'll investigate or send a replacement.


SHIPPING ISSUES

Missing or Lost Packages

Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Didn't Receive It?

First Steps:

  1. Check around your delivery location (side doors, porches, mailroom)
  2. Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake
  3. Check with household members or building management
  4. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark "delivered" early)

Still Missing? Contact us at support@stripzz.shop within 7 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Confirmation that you've checked the above locations

Our Resolution:

  • We'll open an investigation with the carrier
  • If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we'll send a replacement at no charge
  • Replacement ships within 1-2 business days

Damaged Packages

Package Arrived Damaged?

Contact us at support@stripzz.shop within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • Description of the damage

Our Resolution:

  • We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
  • No need to return the damaged product
  • Replacement ships within 1-2 business days

Wrong Address

Provided the Wrong Shipping Address?

Before Shipment: If you realize the address is wrong before your order ships, contact us immediately at support@stripzz.shop. We'll update it if possible (orders cannot be changed once they've been handed to the carrier).

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to:

  • Contact the carrier directly to request address correction (fees may apply)
  • Set up a mail forward with USPS
  • Contact the address you provided and arrange pickup

Wrong Address = Returned to Sender: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address and reship at no charge (one-time courtesy).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently Not Available

We currently only ship within the United States and its territories.

Coming Soon: We're working to expand international shipping to:

HOLIDAYS & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS

Special Shipping Considerations

During major holidays and promotional periods, please allow extra time:

Affected Periods:

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday (Late November)
  • Christmas / New Year (December - Early January)
  • Valentine's Day (Early February)
  • Mother's Day (Early May)
  • Major promotional events

What Changes:

  • Processing time may extend to full 2 business days
  • Carrier transit times may be longer due to volume
  • Customer service response times may be slightly delayed

Our Commitment: We'll always provide updated estimates and keep you informed of any delays. We do our best to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible, even during peak times.

Holiday Deadlines: We'll announce specific holiday shipping deadlines via email and on our website to ensure your order arrives by your desired date.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

When Packages Can't Be Delivered

If a package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us by the carrier.

Common Reasons:

  • No safe place to leave package
  • Access issue (gated community, locked building)
  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

What Happens:

  1. Carrier returns package to our facility
  2. We'll email you to confirm your shipping address
  3. We'll reship at no charge (if address was correct)
  4. If address was incorrect, we'll update and reship (one-time courtesy)

Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs before we can issue a refund.


ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Ensuring Successful Delivery

To ensure your package arrives safely:

Required Information:

  • ✅ Full name (first and last)
  • ✅ Complete street address (including apartment/unit number)
  • ✅ City, State, and ZIP code
  • ✅ Phone number (for carrier contact if needed)

Address Tips:

  • Double-check spelling and numbers
  • Include apartment/suite/unit numbers
  • Use USPS-verified addresses when possible
  • Add delivery instructions if helpful ("side door," "leave with office," etc.)
  • Use a residential address (we don't ship to P.O. Boxes)

Business Addresses: If shipping to a business, include:

  • Business name
  • Your name (attention to)
  • Business hours (in delivery instructions)

MULTIPLE ORDERS

Combining Orders

Placed Multiple Orders by Mistake?

If you placed multiple orders within a short time frame and want them combined:

  • Contact us at support@stripzz.shop within 1 hour of placing your second order
  • Include both order numbers
  • We'll combine them if neither has shipped yet

Already Shipped? Once orders have been processed and shipped, they cannot be combined. Each order will arrive separately.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Making Changes After Ordering

Need to Change Your Order?

Before Processing (within 1-2 hours): Contact us immediately at support@stripzz.shop. We may be able to:

  • Change shipping address
  • Update order contents
  • Cancel the order

After Processing: Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You can refuse delivery or return the package once received (see our Return Policy).

Subscription Orders: You can modify, skip, or cancel subscription orders anytime in your account, as long as you do so at least 48 hours before your next billing date.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Role in Successful Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • ✅ Provide accurate and complete shipping information
  • ✅ Be available to receive the package or arrange for someone to receive it
  • ✅ Monitor tracking information
  • ✅ Contact us promptly if issues arise
  • ✅ Check for packages in all possible delivery locations before reporting as missing

We're Not Responsible For:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
  • Issues caused by incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customs delays (for US territories)
  • Weather-related delays

However, we're always here to help resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
